Introduction
Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If applicable, each winner’s guest must also comply with these rules. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
This promotion is only open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The Promotion applies to any purchase of a Promotional St Austell Proper Job 4x440ml can pack during the Main Promotional Period and/or the Mop-Up Draw Period.
Purchase required. Retain proof of purchase showing purchase during the Main Promotional Period or Mop-Up Draw Period and prior to entry.
Internet access required.
UK bank account details required to claim Grand Prize.
Retain Promotional pack (in-store or online) for unique code reference. Each entry must be submitted with a different unique code.
One entry per day permitted per person during the main Promotional Period and Mop-Up Draw Period. Maximum 3 Winning Moments Prizes and 1 Grand Prize per person during the Main Promotional Period and 1 prize per person during the Mop-Up Draw Period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Promotional period
The full Promotion will run from 11:00 27th July 2026 – 23:00 11th October 2026 (GMT).
The Main Promotional Period will run from 11:00 27th July – 23:00 20th September 2026. All eligible entries received during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the Winning Moments and Grand Prize Draw.
The Mop-Up Draw Period will run from 11:00 21st September – 23:00 11th October 2026. All eligible entries received during the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw.
Entries received after the close of the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period will not be accepted.
How to enter
To enter, purchase a Promotional St Austell Proper Job 4x440ml can pack from selected Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado & Morrisons stores instore or online, the St Austell online shop, or selected convenience stores and garden centres during the Main Promotional Period or the Mop-Up Draw Entry Period, then visit www.properwin.co.uk and enter your first name, surname, email address and your unique code on the entry form. The unique code can be found on the inside of the cardboard can pack.
Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion may result in disqualification, and all such entries will be declared void.
Promotional products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prizes
Grand Draw Prizes – Cornish Supper Club Weekend for Two
There are 3 Grand Prizes available to be won in total, consisting of a Cornish Supper Club Weekend for 2 people (winner and 1 guest 18+).
Each grand prize includes;
- £150.00 Travel allowance for travel to Truro
- Overnight accommodation at the 4-star County Arms, Truro
- Breakfast at the County Arms hotel restaurant for 2 people
- Dinner at a St. Austell’s Brewery pub of choice during your stay for 2 people
- Overnight accommodation at Nancarrow Farm Hotel
- Breakfast at Nancarrow Farm hotel restaurant for 2 people
Farm Supper experience at Nancarrow Farm for 2 people. Including:
Set three-course meal with bread with smoked butter and sharing snacks, alongside home-reared meat and plenty of local, seasonal sides including fresh vegetables from the farms kitchen garden, finishing off with a delicious dessert.
Further Grand Prize details:
- Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes, October Half term 26th October – 2nd November 2026 and 2027, Christmas holiday period 18th December - 5th January 2026, Valentine’s Day/weekend 15th -17th February 2027, Easter weekend 26th - 29th March 2027, Summer holidays 16th July – 1st September 2027 and all other national holiday weekends in the UK.
- Your travel allowance will be provided in the form of £150.00 spending money. Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct UK bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
- You will be staying one night at 4-star pub hotel accommodation, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
- Your dinner at a St. Austell’s Brewery pub of choice is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the main menu and 2 Proper Jobs per person to the maximum value of £150.00 total. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
- You will be staying one night at Nancarrow Farm accommodation, sharing a king size ensuite bedroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- Your Nancarrow Farm, Farm Supper experience is based on 2 people enjoying a 3-course set meal, with bread with smoked butter and sharing snacks, alongside home reared meat and plenty of local, seasonal sides including fresh vegetables from the farms kitchen garden, finishing off with a delicious dessert. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available. Experience runs on selected dates throughout the year. Subject to availability at time of booking.
- All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of NDL’s initial correspondence with them.

Mop-Up Draw Prizes
There are 3 Mop-Up Draw Prizes available to be won in total, consisting of; 1x Fire Food The Ultimate BBQ Cookbook by DJ BBQ, 1x Spice Kitchen: Vibrant Recipes And Spice Blends For The Home Cook by Sanjay Aggarwal and 1x DeliVita Leather Apron - Brown.
In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Winner selection
Grand Prize Draw
All eligible entries received during the Main Promotional Period will be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
Three winners will be picked via a randomised computer process on the 21st September 2026, following the closure of the Main Promotional Period. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
Two reserve winners per prize will also be drawn at the same time.
Winning Moments
During the Main Promotional Period, Winning Moment Prizes have been allocated randomly using a secure, independently verified computer programme. Prizes will be allocated via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds). There are 55 winning moments available in total throughout the Main Promotional Period. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win the prize allocated to that winning moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment. No guarantee all prizes will be won in the main promotional period and any remaining winning moment prizes not won or any prizes that remain unclaimed following the close of the Main Promotional Period will be re-allocated to the Mop-Up Draw.
Mop-Up Draw
All eligible entries received during the Mop-up Draw Entry Period will be entered into the Mop-Up Draw. The winners will be drawn on 12th October 2026 via a randomised computer process. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously.
Any unclaimed winning moment prizes will also be drawn if necessary.
Winner notification & prize delivery
Grand Prize Winners
The Grand Prize Winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the Grand Prize Draw. The winners will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) via reply to the email notification.
In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible, the first reserve winner will be awarded the prize. If the same occurs, the prize will be awarded to the second reserve. If the same occurs, the prize will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email accounts during this time in case they are a winner. The Grand Prize Winners will be requested to provide their county of residence for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
Once valid acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the Cornish Supper Club Weekend will be organised via the Prize Agency, “The NDL Group”. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks of a valid prize claim and completion of the verification process.
Winning Moments
During the Main Promotional Period, entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won or not, what they have won, and will also receive a winner notification email to the email address provided on entry. Both the instant win screen and email will contain a link to a form for winners to upload their postal address. Each winner will have 14 days to upload their postal address. Prize delivery for winning moment prizes shall be made within 28 days of after postal address upload.
Mop-Up Draw Winners
The Mop-Up Draw Winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the Mop-Up Draw. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) via reply to the email notification.
In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice, after which any remaining prizes will be null and void.
Prize delivery for mop-up prizes shall be made within 28 days of the date of winning, subject to validation of the details uploaded.
Any reallocated Cornish Supper Club weekends will be organised via the prize agency, “The NDL Group”. The winners can expect to be contacted by the prize agency via email within 2 weeks after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you. Suppose a winner does not follow the prize claim instructions at the time of win. In that case, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the prize pool, which may be won by another entrant during the main or mop-up draw promotional period.
Winners list
The Promoter will make available the Grand Prize Winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for promotional pack and proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
General
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
Data protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the end date of each promotional period with the exception of the Grand Prize Winners whose data will be deleted after the completion of their trip. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
